Creator-Use Licence
Plain English version. This is the actual licence — there isn't a longer, more confusing one underneath it.
What you can do
When you buy a gPack, you get a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the clips in your own content. That means:
No attribution required. If you want to tag @3003garage we'd love it, but you don't have to.
What you can't do
The line is simple: use them in your content, don't sell them as footage.
If you're on a monetised channel and a brand sponsors your video, you're fine — that's your channel earning. If a brand wants the clips for their own ad, that's a different licence.
The music
Packs that include a sound loop use original music composed by Dreamlily Music.
The loop is included with your pack for use inside your own posts. Copyright stays with Dreamlily Music. You can't release it as a standalone track, redistribute it, or use it outside your own content.
Same principle as the clips: use it in your posts, don't sell it as music.
Who's licensed
The licence is personal to you — the person or business who bought the pack.
If you're a freelance editor, you can use the clips in work you make for clients, as long as the finished content is that client's own channel content and not a brand campaign or paid ad. You can't hand the raw files over to the client.
If your company bought it, your team can use it. You still can't redistribute the files outside the company.
If you break it
If you use the footage outside this licence, the licence ends. We'd rather email you than lawyer you — if you've got a use case that doesn't fit, just ask. Most things are a yes.
Need more than this?
If you need brand, advertising, broadcast, or exclusive rights, that's an Official licence — different terms, different footage tiers, handled directly.
Talk to us with what you're making and we'll tell you what it needs.
Ownership
All footage remains the property of Karen Smith. All music remains the property of Dreamlily Music. You're licensed to use it, not to own it.
