Terms of Sale
1.Who you're buying from
3003 Official and 3003 Garage are trading names. Your contract is with the seller named above.
2.What you're buying
You're buying a gPack — a set of supercar video clips filmed in Puerto Banús, Spain, delivered as digital files. Some packs also include finished, ready-to-publish posts and a music loop.
Each product page tells you exactly what's in that pack: how many clips, what format, what resolution. What's on the page is what you get.
You're buying a licence to use the files, not ownership of the footage. The licence is set out in full in the Creator-Use Licence.
3.Price and IVA
Every price shown is the final price you pay. Spanish IVA at 21% is already included — there's nothing added at checkout.
4.Payment and delivery
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery is immediate. As soon as your payment clears, you get access to your download. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, Contact 3003 Support and we'll sort it.
5.Your right to change your mind — and why you won't have one
Normally, buying something online in the EU gives you 14 days to cancel for any reason. Digital files you download straight away are different, because you've already got them.
So at checkout, you'll tick a box that says:
I want immediate access to my download, and I understand that by doing this I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal.
You have to tick it to buy. That's not us being awkward — it's how instant-download products work, and the law requires you to actively agree rather than have it buried in the small print.
Once you've ticked it and downloaded, the sale is final.
If something's actually wrong, that's different. If a file won't open, is corrupted, or genuinely isn't what the product page described — email us. We'll fix it or refund you. That's not a policy with a time limit, it's just us doing the right thing.
6.How long packs are on sale
Each pack is sold for 12 months from release, then retired.
Retirement only stops new sales. It has nothing to do with what you've already bought. If you own a pack, you own it — you can keep using it, keep the files, keep posting with them, forever. Retiring a pack doesn't reach backwards into your licence.
Re-download access isn't guaranteed indefinitely, so keep your own backup of your files.
7.What we're responsible for
We'll deliver what the product page says, in the formats stated, in working order.
We can't promise the footage will grow your channel, get you views, or make you money. Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is selling you something else.
If we get something wrong, our liability is limited to what you paid for the pack. This doesn't limit any rights you have under Spanish consumer law that can't be limited.
8.Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and Spanish consumer protection rules apply.
If you're unhappy, email us first — genuinely, most things get sorted in one message. If we can't resolve it, EU consumers can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
